Do you remember how? πΆ The Macarena took the world by storm in 1996.I pressed the button on this little ACME magnet and out came that unmistakable beatβ¦ well, my hips remembered before my brain did! π
Right arm out, left arm out, flip, flip, hands on hips, hands on shoulders, hands on head, hands on hipsβ¦ and JUMP! Are we showing our age, or what? π
There was something so joyful about a dance that everyone β and I mean EVERYONE β knew. Weddings, backyard barbecues, school dances, even Vacation Bible School (yes, really!). You didnβt have to be a great dancer. You just had to show up and have fun.
This teeny ACME boombox magnet brought it all flooding back. Funny how the smallest things can transport us right back to a moment in time, isnβt it?

I found this beautiful set back in 2023 at @imoma.lv - a miniature convention in Las Vegas, and I still swoon every time I set the table. Adding a tiny vase of pink roses today and calling it perfection. π
