Going On A DIET

Menopause is overwhelming me, my thyroid has gone on a permanent vacation, my Rheumatoid Arthritis inflammed fingers look like sausages, and my doctor has declared me overweight! The nerve, right? 😉 So I’m back to an anti-inflammatory diet. Anyone else trying to get healthy?
